Your privacy is important to us.  We will never share any of your information with a third party.  Your information will strictly be used in the normal course of business as it relates to the processing of your order.
 
Payment Policy
 
Payment for your purchases is accepted through PayPal.  PayPal is a FREE service and offers the highest level of Internet Security.  Methods of payment options through PayPal are by credit card, transfer from your checking or savings accounts, or direct bank transfer.  To review their policies, go to www.PayPal.com, where you can also set up a free account to further expedite the processing of your purchases.  PayPal is accepted by many online vendors.  We DO ACCEPT Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, Certified Checks and Money Orders.  If you choose this payment method, please notify us at helpdesk@thebluedooronline.com to let us know which merchandise you wish to purchase.  We will then remove it from our web site for 7 days while we await receipt of your payment.  If payment is not received with the 7 day period, the merchandise will be placed back on the web site for sale.  Once your payment is received, we need to allow additional time for the checks to clear before shipping your order.
 
Shipping
 
We ship via UPS Ground Service within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii.  Once UPS picks up your package, it should arrive at your shipping address (must be a street address) within 5-7 business days.  UPS Ground packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.  We also ship via the US Postal Service (USPS); this service delivers Monday through Saturday.
 
If you wish to request expedited shipping, please e-mail us at helpdesk@thebluedooronline.com, immediately after placing your order, to ensure that we can accommodate your request.  Once we determine the additional costs for either next day air, 2 day air or 3 day air, you will receive an invoice via e-mail through PayPal that must be paid to complete your expedited shipping request.  If we are unable to offer expedited shipping on any of our items due to time constraints in preparing your purchase for shipping or in scheduling the carrier's pick up of your package, we will notify you via e-mail regarding your request.
 
Doing our part in "Going Green" and helping to preserve God's beautiful green earth, when possible, we recycle shipping supplies such as packing materials and boxes.  Protecting your precious cargo will always be paramount.
 
The following rates are for the Continental United States only.  Alaska and Hawaii will have additional shipping costs and will be invoiced prior to shipping your purchase.

Shipping costs over $125.50 WILL BE INVOICED SEPARATELY via e-mail
to be paid through PayPal prior to shipping.  Additional shipping for Alaska
and Hawaii will also be invoiced separately.  Heavy and oversized items will incur additional shipping costs and will be invoiced separately via e-mail.
All additional shipping charges must be paid prior to shipping.
 
We currently do not ship internationally, but
hope to offer this service in the near future.
 
We take care in packaging our merchandise, but have no control over its handling once it leaves our hands.  In the case of a damaged shipment, notify us immediately by e-mail at claims@thebluedooronline.com.  Damage claims MUST be made within 3 days of the delivery date of your package.  DO NOT DISPOSE of the merchandise or its packaging, as this will void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued to you.
 
Sales Tax
 
All items purchased online and shipped to an address within the state of Tennessee will be subject to sales tax.
 
Returns
 
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  In the event that you are not, please contact us immediately at helpdesk@thebluedooronline.com upon the receipt of your package, so we can address your concerns.  Once you have received a Return Authorization from us, all items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date of your package.  All returns must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition, not altered in any way.  Include the original sales receipt with your return, retaining a copy for your records.  All returns must be packaged securely and insured for the full amount of their value.  Original shipping costs and the return shipping costs are not refundable, unless there has been an error on our part.  Once we receive your returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to the card used to purchase the merchandise.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sale items and perishibles.  Jewelry may only be returned for store credit with an approved Return Authorization from us.
